Is it though a challenge to "the liberal order" though?
It looks to me it is pushing power from one group of liberals into an even worse one (disaster capitalism style). Do you assume all of the liberals that are ok with free market economy think the 2008 crash/disaster capitalism are just grand?
If only anarcho-socialism would scale to countries, there always has to be some asshat with an army screwing things up. There is a group in Spain though that has had a small society since about 20 years though. (that is excluding other parts of the world/societies I know less about yes)

This was v wrongly phrased tho, as Brexit is very clearly now part of the mainstream/acceptable political opinion, and Brexit is obviously a challenge to the liberal order (part of a pretty global phenomenon, which should be unsurprising given how hard that order shat the bed in 2008)
