Has the stereo got an AUX in? If not on the headunit, they are sometimes elsewhere, like in the armrest.
If so, you can use one of these: Bluetooth 5.0 Receiver, 3.5mm Aux Stereo Output:

No built in. I tried an I trip about 10 years ago. I hope they have improved.
