For sale I have a 2015 Canyon Ultimate AL with carbon forks. It's been my summer bike for a number of years and I've loved it. A lot. Recently upgraded to a CAAD12 because this made me fall in love with Alu as a do-it-all summer road bike. Not sure a CAAD12 is an upgrade in all honesty...
Any who, the frame has seen between 14-16,000kms.
It comes with stem, handlebars, seatpost clamp (and a spare seatpost clamp) rear mech hanger, BB & BB bearings.
The headset plug expander needs replacing and a shop said the headset bearing do too, although in my opinion the bearings feel fine.
Both the plug and new bearings need to be bought directly from Canyon which is an ordeal in itself. But don't let that put you off!
No crashes but a couple of drops, with two small dings in the frame, one on the toptube and one on the downtube. They have both been there for at least 6,000 kms and they haven't changed size or shape or given any cause for concern. Toptube was from a door frame, downtube was from falling against a hand rail after the bike blew over.
Despite the wear, this is still a fantastic bike. One of, if not the best all round frame I've ridden. Super stiff with an aggressive position, but with the right finishing kit and wheels is surprisingly comfortable and forgiving.
Let me know if you've got any questions or need any more pics or info. I've tried to take pictures of the two dings.
It's a size XL.
