Broken yet another frame so looking for a 57/58 ctc seat tube track frame or frameset, reasonably beater but open to anything really

Steel or alloy, budget max around 200

56cm so a bit on the smaller side but fitted me well at 6ft, comes with stem and seatpost - £200 posted

What about a 58 cinelli vigorelli full bike? Looking for 450

200 is a decent price for frame so thought it might be justifiable
