I can see where you're coming from.
But it feels good/stressful/exciting to be linked to players who a young and can get better, and whom you could argue are genuinely world class.
I don't think Levy pays top dollar in wages for Dybala, because he knows that there's no resale value. Same with Coutinho whose on what, £270k a week, which we couldn't swallow especially if it's just a loan.

Dybala would be spurs very own Sanchez/Ozil fucking up your wage structure and impossible to shift on after disappointing massively. Suicide if you go ahead with it. Why are sPurs among others making such heavy work of this transfer window?
