We make pour over every day. Recently our reusable high quality filter started clogging about halfway through the process slowing the drip to a painful rate.
Our grinder is set to a 3/4 of the way to full coarseness.
I note that the grind is very inconsistent though with a very fine dust accumulating.
I assume this is what is clogging the filter.
Thoughts?
