Diagnostics is a store thing unlike Shimano. Essentially needs an encryption fob to get access to the program, which is magic for diagnosing issues. It was honestly far more than I imagined in terms of metrics and fault finding. Car level stuff.
Do you know who makes the batteries for them? Trying to build an idea of who's who and what battery life cycles are like since e-bikes are becoming more prominent.
