I bought mine from Electric Bike Sales; they had a better price at time of purchase...

Battery life is good. I went for the 500Wh battery and can easily get 40 miles on top whack and over 120 on eco / tour.

Do you know who makes the batteries for them? Trying to build an idea of who's who and what battery life cycles are like since e-bikes are becoming more prominent.

What's diagnostics like on them as well? Take it in to store I take it?

It's Bosch branded but I can see if it's sub branded anywhere...

Diagnostics are non-existent; the computer just shows battery charge level (5 pips), estimated range, mode and top speed.
