Mines fine. Mostly using it as a commuter bag. I haven't got a bagman support, but I use the bagman quick release, like this one:

Don't know if I need the support but I also don't mega load it. Mostly just clothes, lunch, d-lock. It does bump slightly against my legs occasionally but not in a way I've ever found annoying.
I replaced the leather strap with a ball bungee to make attaching and removing it from my frame even easier. It does make it very horizontal though as you can see in the pic I posted up thread.

@Landslide, @ChasnotRobert, @Belagerent, can anyone chip in on how they are getting on with their Audax lightweight bag? I'm considering one vs getting a saddle pack like Topeak backloader or Rapha rear pack. Does the Carradice need a bagman support to work best? Is the total width 28cm or is that the main bit not including pockets? Cheers.
