Once a property has been around a while and the price has been reduced people start to wonder what is wrong with it. Could be an issue.
This is exactly why we binned off our previous agents (of 8 months - 3 failed sales due to chain and idiot FTB's) and went with Yopa, who then sold it within a week.
Interesting I'm SE15, it was overpriced to begin with for sure (thanks foxtons) but now even at a more realistic price no one is interested.
The same flat next door sold for around price I'm asking for now. It was in a bad state of repair and mine is pretty tidy (GF is an interior designer).
Think I'm just going to rent it out for a year or two, instead of selling.
