  • E17, I think there's a dearth of flats and a surplus of people wanting 2-bedders. It was also ridiculously keenly priced to get people in the door (not that it needed it), so really it was more like 15/20k over the prevailing prices

  • Interesting I'm SE15, it was overpriced to begin with for sure (thanks foxtons) but now even at a more realistic price no one is interested.
    The same flat next door sold for around price I'm asking for now. It was in a bad state of repair and mine is pretty tidy (GF is an interior designer).
    Think I'm just going to rent it out for a year or two, instead of selling.

  • Once a property has been around a while and the price has been reduced people start to wonder what is wrong with it. Could be an issue.
