So i'm currently underway on a Condor Bivio Gravel build. It'll be used everyday on a 10 mile commute (mostly tarmac) but then get loaded up and taken on long touring trips across the UK.
I'm new to the gravel scene and trying to get the right wheelset, so any help/advice would be appreciated.
Currently I'm looking at either DT Swiss GR's or H plus Son Hydras...?
