Maybe look for some second hand frames? That way you can get people to mark it as a gift and it won't get stung for import duty.
Holdsworth looks decent for the money and the geo's good.
You're about the same height as me. I run a 57 with a 140mm stem. The really good sprinters find that long stems flex, but unless you're putting out 1800w you probably wouldn't notice it. Handling-wise, I prefer having a long stem on the track. Much more stable and it's not like you're cornering!

Thank you for your answer @Death_at_Altitude , you definitely gave me a direction.
I am pretty sure that i am gonna go with the Holdsworth frameset.
I know asking these questions from the people on the internet might not be the best and i should probably go to a bikeshop to find my answer but i tbh i trust the people on this website even more! :D
So do you think that i should go with the 56 (LARGE) 420mm reach and buy some longer stems to try with it? 130-...
i think this seems like the most viable option as i don't know if i want to ride the 58 frame with like a 100mm stem..

You could still get pretty much the same frame second hand and save a load of cash
Planet X did their own which is probably the same or similar frame just rebrandedhttps://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F273944216050
Hello LFGSS,
so i'm planning on buying my first carbon track frameset as i have now been on the track scene for about the whole summer. There are alot of carbon track framesets out there and it's hard to choose from all of them.. Ordering open mould carbon frames from out of Europe is going to cost me 2x the price, because of where i live (customs in Finland are VERY high).
I did stumble on one frameset, which happens to be on sale aswell: https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/FRHOLRDV/holdsworth-roi-de-velo-carbon-track-frameset
Right now i'm mostly leaning towards the short events on the track (sprinting) and i thought i'd ask that if this frame would be good for that?
I am also kinda on top of the fence when i have to choose a frame size..(56 or 58) I'm about 6.2 (188cm) tall and i am looking for a long reach for my next track bike.. Right now i am running with a Specialized Langster (58) which has a 409 reach and a 100mm stem and i feel like i need so much more reach..
The 56 (420 reach) would still be suitable for me according to the Planet X sizing guide but the 58 (440 reach) aswell. The thing that i am wondering is that if i get a 56 i would probably have to throw a 130mm or even longer stem on it... Is that okay to do?
Sorry for being a noob and thanks for your answers in advance!
Sam
