I have a tortec disc rear rack for a tenner if you fancy it.

Pickup peckham, camberwell, vauxhall, oval, westminster

Edit: still perfectly usable on a rim brake bike

what size bags are you after, I've a pair of new medium sized (circa 32L IIRC) I won't be using just a bit dusty but perfect otherwise, could be used as a large pair for the front. £17 posted.
I'll do a better pic of the front if they're of interest
