Certain types of parents in pubs who’s ‘angels’ throw half the nicely offered crayons on the floor/table/used to draw across the menu. Food pressed into every gap in outdoor table spaces. Salt and pepper grinders smashed and opened on floor. And then left as such for underpaid bar staff to clean up.
