Can you get an etrex 20 to like, track your ride in a way that provides a thingy to upload to strava?

Yes, you can get it to save your current track as either a gpx file, a fit file or both. Either of which can be uploaded to strava.
Correction on the etrex it is gpx only , on the Oregon it is gpx or fit.
