Yeah, very lightly used maybe, with a cassette that wasn't tightened to spec, but used.

I know Campag and shimano/sram cassettes are supposedly interchangeable (11 speed).
Is anyone successfully using a Campag 11 speed cassette with Sram 11 speed shifters and deraileurs?
Is shifting just as accurate and good? Or acceptable but not great? -

15%??
50% - if you're going to sell beat-up wheels as "never used", at least clean them properly so that the corrosion around the spoke elbows is a bit less obvious

I was hoping a keen eye might pick that up - ok, here goes nothing (I'll message and see what comes of it - I can foresee the returns rigmarole in my near future!)

I have some
Edit: Maybe not

Not campag / sram but I am using an Ultegra 8000 cassette & Ultegra chain with Campag record shifters and super record rear mech and can detect no difference in shift quality as to when I was using all campag.

That’s good to know, thanks

I've used Shimano cassettes with both SRAM and Campag without any issues. Shifting seems to be as a crisp as usual.

Anyone know where I can get a Chris King "griplock" bearing cover converter , so I can have a split ring on my old style nothreadset? Can't seem to find any stock in the uk other than Winstanley which is only in red. I need Pewter ideally.

Looking for CK in the UK is always a fool's errand. http://www.avt.bike is your friend.

...but your reasonably local bike shop, Bromley Bike Co, are a CK distributor so maybe pop down and have a chat?
-
• #98114
Ta! Will give them a shout, although it seems CK have abandoned the "Pewter" colour, so I need to establish if I could live with myself if I had a silver coloured top cap and Pewter everything else. I'm not sure I could.

Install the different coloured top cap upside down to stay ahead of the game.

Is there a (slightly) flexible version of something like this:
so it can pop open over a tube and maybe take shape after it when tightened (if the tube is not round)? So a band with 2 loops + barrel nuts. What would this be called?

Yes, there is. It's called a hose clamp, e.g. https://www.westfieldfasteners.co.uk/HoseClip_Mikalor_Supra.html

If someone from Italy tells you this about a frame, what does he mean (I've figured out the last part)?
"BB is 36x24, italian.
Ciao,
Michele" -

Standard Italian bottom bracket. 36 mm and 24 tpi.
-
• #98122
what does he mean
He means your drive side cup will walk out of the frame because the Italians forgot to use left hand threads :)

And this is exactly what (nearly) happened to me earlier today. Spotted before it actually dropped out, happily.

Best hydraulic disc brake for Genesis Day One 10 ? It'll will be use on riser handlebar, mechanical disc brake is not good enough...

Shimano deore or above.
Agreed - an eBay shenanigan so will request a modest/fair partial refund (15%??) as sold as "never used" else it'll be the returns debacle and postage claim back!
