Made a quick stem change to make the bike fit me little better even if the handling is rubbish . Still unsure what I bought the bike for. Was supposed to be saving for a 29er. Was going to add gears to this but the hub is SS specific so probably won’t bother now. Still, should be a fun bike and can always convert it for city use if it doesn’t get much use as a mtb.

Finished my new wheels, nice and light at 1256g, and they haven't fallen apart yet!

Chinese carbon fork (just as risky as 20 year old Italian carbon probably) and Chris king have arrived.
Test fit silver finishing kit but I think I’ll go black/carbon

Not sure yet. Picked up a pair of Avid Shorty Ultimates on here but I'm having second thoughts about the whole project so it may well be for sale very soon :/

gloss finish, I would whack some blue and sparkles on there. not necessarily attempt a perfect replica but just tie it in a bit. also, DA 9100 plz.

I'm working for a start up in Hatton Garden, drinking a fucking astonishing amount of Guinness and not riding my bikes at all. It's very bad and I'm very unhappy. Bikes are sweet tho, powermeters on everything.

p.s. I've got an Enve fork with white decals you could convince me to part ways with. Brand new. might be a tapered steerer tho, I'll check

You’ve teased me with this fork before. I think it’s tapered. I could be tempted but I don’t like the sound of new Enve prices.
