Stewart Burgess was sentenced to 3 yrs 7 mnth in custody & disq from
driving for 3 yrs 6 mnth after he collided with a cyclist on Portman
Square on 30/5/19 whilst driving a HGV, the cyclist sustained fatal
injuries, Burgess had also failed a roadside drugs test
