Double top tube heavy duty steel frame, and then saving a few grams by using a lighter rack?

Double top tube is functional in gate-sized frames, also looks pretty cool imo.

I'm saying to me it would not make much sense to mount a wimpy rack for saving weight and because one likes to go for an "elegant" look, if the whole bike is rather heavy and robust looking.
