The hubs are decent, the spokes too. With LB wheels you'll get DT hubs with CX rays, lighter, better quality but a lot more expensive.
The rims are a gamble but I have a cheap Chinese set of wheels in my road bike and so far they've been problem free, light and fast

No, I compared with an LB build of Novatec and Pillar. Admittedly pricier Novatec than the ones in @miloas ' link, but not pricier enough to account for £180 plus shipping.

You certainly have to wonder which corners they are cutting to be half the price of LB wheels of similar spec.
