Okay there wasn’t warning like two days advance notice, but if Pinot, Bardet and at the Philip were assembled they sure as hell would have gotten through.
I appreciate it’s a road full of cyclists but we just watched three weeks of the buggers beeping their horns to get from the back to the front to take photos of French riders from every angle.
Besides, why wasn’t there a photographer at the front?
Race radio did call for photographers to move up to them but I don't know if any got through. There wasn't any warning so by all accounts you can't really blame the ASO.
