Pretty certain it was built in 2014

Top tube c-c is same as seat tube centre to top 53.5 (think it was specified as a 53cm - will double check this for you if you like as did measure the TT very quick)

We’re based in Great Missenden near Amersham. Could probably arrange to meet if that’s too far though

i couldn't say. resale value is low ( all things considered ) for the newer versions, but i am sure there is someone who will happily build it into a very special bike, whatever the price. good luck
