Obligatory internet bike fit disclaimer but if you need to tilt the saddle down at the nose that much to be comfortable, something isn’t right.
I personally wouldn’t find a Turbo comfortable for the type of position you’ll be in on that Pre Cursa but strangely I find the one on my folding Puch (very short and quite upright) very comfortable. Maybe that’s because the pub is the furthest I go on that bike though...
I see you mentioned a Spesh saddle, if you’re only 2 saddles into your search for the right one, I hate to break it to you but you might have a while to go!
Another thing to think about, you mention ‘pinching’, could this be to do with what you’re wearing rather than the saddle?
