Tickets for that game go on sale to members Mon 19 Aug and Tue 20 Aug, seeing as the first three games sold out not sure they’ll get to general sale.
It’s a category b game so demand might be less.
Only way fans can legally sell tickets on is through the spurs ticket exchange. I have no idea if this works or not.

My brother in law is coming into UK in September and I would like to buy 3 tickets to see Tottenham/Southampton without spending £500.
Where is the best place to buy?
