    When your pedal is at the bottom of the stroke your knee should be slightly bent and your foot will be pointing slightly down.

    yes exactly - which is how it is when my saddle is that high. however, to compensate for seat issues i am lowering it to a point where the knee is more than slightly bent. it feels completely foreign and legs are not used to it really.

    i do not believe my hips sway even at the highest point (pictured)

  • Without seeing you on the bike in person I can’t think of any other way to help you.

    Just take a look at the peloton in the TdF and see how each and every saddle is bob on level as this is how they were designed to work
