I contacted Honda to get a Certificate of Conformity for my CB500 from 2003 hoping it would show as ULEZ exempt. Surprised by the reply:
"Thank you for contacting Honda UK.
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a Certificate of Conformity for your motorcycle.
The bike never received a Vehicle Type Approval and my colleagues that are supplying these documents are unable to obtain the neccessary inforamtion.
Should you need anything else, please contact us again.
Kind Regards"
