The point is you could buy an old Dell Optiplex Haswell i5 with a good size SSD, 8gb RAM off ebay and stick a GTX 970 in it for £300 these days, and have something better than a PS4. So any permutation of what you are offering as a "gaming" or "editing" PC isn't a good value proposition or really in the spirit of the forum, despite how you are making it seem by quoting RRP of an ancient, slow AMD CPU, and a price of an old motherboard which means nothing in the real world - IMHO.
