Further to my "just a bit of track league" comments, 2 of the VCL juniors were part of the GB squad that became team pursuit European Champions yesterday doing 4.01 for 4km....

Sorry again all for that! Thanks for waiting. Also it's a nice climb from the v bottom of Woldingham, can get a good rhythm going. It got a bit harder tho when I had to talk on the phone and admit I got lost while climbing :(

Next time we'll do the full Woldingham Hill with you and do one less CP hill to avoid the horrible descent into South Norwood.

The partial lunar eclipse after the White Bear was stunning, I wish we had stopped for a better look!

Couldn't do this week, or next week, so aiming for Thursday hills this will.

Would welcome some company to help me keep an eye out for sneaky post office vans. Slightly later depart than usual - 7 from the Camberwell side of Camberwell Grove.

No White Bear, only one south hill but a 40 mile ride to the Plough Inn in Eynsford and back for a pint and a paddle in the river.
