No Froome, no train? G was at the back of the GC group early on so presumably he didn't have the legs today and the team knew it. So they never put the hammer unlike Movistar to drop Quintana.
Before the ITT it looked like INEOS were about to start their annual strangulation of the race. Now it looks like neither the team or G have the power to do that. Which is fucking brilliant because the racing is going to be very open.
