What about 'Saddled' for a shop that sells cheap and cheerless bikes? Kind of fits for the customer who realises they shouldn't have been such a tight-wad and also for the poor sap mechanic who has to try to get them roadworthy again.
I worked in a place called Bike Chain which was 30 years ago, and I think still is, a single franchise. Surprised the owner didn't manage to sell the name on.
