A wald 1372 and a carradice super c saddlebag would fit nicely together if you felt inclined to remove the side pockets, or strap them down somehow
Tried that before on my quest for front luggage, didn't work well at all.
Better off with some QR Straps for the bars and letting it sit naturally, or having a nitto style front rack to take the weight.
