• Offered for sale is my second Wally Green built frame and being sold as a complete bike - this one is a rare Clark's of Harrow example built in the 1960's. On this site for seven days only before going on Ebay.

I acquired the frame from a fellow Veteran Cycle Club member and carried out some renovation work before building it up using a mix of contemporary parts. I was extremely lucky to find someone who had some vinyl Clark's transfers and I've also added a Wally Green one to the seat tube. The gears and shifters are vintage Campagnolo with 700 clincher wheels and attractive large flange Q/R hubs. Size, 22" frame. As with the other Wally Green listed the Cateye computer is not included in the sale. The bike goes very well and is being sold as part of a thinning out of my collection. I can only upload one picture at a time but if you want anymore please ask.

Yours for £275 and collection from RG6 near to Earley Station. I have offered with the other one to come up to Waterloo with it for the price of my train ticket and cuppa but would struggle bringing both.

    Give me a call, 07584 044161.

    Thanks,
    Shaun

  • And another nice bit of retro steel

  • PM'ed, been after one of these or a Stan Perry for a while.

  • Have messaged you directly. I'm looking for info about a bike I bought from Ivor Clark Cycles about 40 years ago. It's an Elswick Targa. But I can't find anything about the Targa model - maybe a very short production run / rare model? It has the shop transfer on it (though they were in Harefield at the time of purchase).

  • Can't help you with id-ing the bike, but I'm intrigued about a bike shop in Harefield. Whereabouts was it?

  • See photo below.
    40 High Street, Harefield
