@JesperXT kindly picked up a rather old tubeset for me. I am not sure what they are yet or what I'll use it for, but I need to find a top tube that matches it and maybe a slightly longer steerer so I can avoid using a threaded headset.

Yes that is the plan. 120mm travel is on the menu. I just need to save up a bit of dorrah.

Chainring clearance looks tight?

Towards the yoke you mean? There is 3mm to the bracing on the yoke, but I can't see that becoming an issue. The yoke could have been left longer but I like it to be as tucked as possible and the chain line is good there.

The boat anchor is crackin', the DT decal looks ace and I'm particularly keen on the tan walls, I may have to get some for my mob at some point. Really looking forward to seeing the Cargo bike!

I am working on the re design of the rear triangle of my cargo bike.
I might want to do a yoke. I want to keep the rear end tug and have clearance for 2" 650b + mudguards but also I fancy reusing the chainstays and having another stab at a yoke a la Hunter.

It might be a bit heavy and clumsy.
I tried with some reinforcements a la Hunter but it is not as smart as his.
