Ha. That is an exact representation of my bike. Thanks for the assistance everyone. Sorry for bothering you.
I now just spoke to a mechanic, he advised a 5mm 5sided allen key. Then another mechanic pointed me at (apparently) the one tool in the universe which will get my wheel off. A Whyte Security Key.
