Depends on the tyre, pressure etc I'd say. I've found the Surly's Knard tyres to roll well however they're not the best in terms of offroad grip especially in the wet, Dirt Wizzards are much better but are heavier and draggier. Bontrager's Chupacabras (or XR2 as they're called now) are also quite good in terms of weights and rolling, similar to Knards...
