I didn't know she gets stabby.
I don't think she used needles on me, but all the other physios I've seen in the last couple of years (ie about 3) have done.
I reckon it makes sense - all the massaging and manipulation is hard work, but if they stick a few needles in, they get to have a break for 5 minutes. I'm sure there is lots of science behind it :)

Looks like I'm going to be starting with a cough :o(
Tests came back negative for bacterial infection so not a lot I can do now... -
• #1454
So, with the torq stuff it's 50g heavier than what I currently carry, but with torque.
If I just took the ratchet stuff it'd be lighter than my set of allen keys/chain tool.
My chain tool is probably lighter so I could actually drop the weight further if I swapped it out but I reckon I'll just keep it in a neat set. -

A cough is just exhaling faster than normal. So if you inhale faster than normal too you'll be able to ride faster because more oxy jeanz. Sorted.

• #1456
If its any consolation I'm still coughing.
Much less than before as my bacterial infection has been zapped. -
• #1457
It's pretty impressive.
usability more important than weight though and my torque wrench definitely slower to actually use.
I hope that would just be an issue when setting the bike up with only limited requirement during the ride. -

Just frustrating and the lack of sleep with a poorly youngest isn’t helping

Sleep deprivation training!

Yeah, the bulk of its use will be setup. I wanted to stop having to carry my big torque wrench to drop case weight. It's a bonus for on-road use, when I have to adjust my seatpost or whatever I know I'm getting the Nm right. It'll be slightly slower to use but I'm ok with that. Rushing repairs/adjustments is when people break stuff...

Would it be easier to just list all the excuses. The forum loves lists :P

Unfortunately I had to pull out a while ago when my work would only give me a couple of weeks off - which travelling from Australia would’ve been pretty tight.
Annoyingly though, I’ve now ended up back in the UK as work hired my replacement a couple of months earlier than anticipated...
Anyway good luck to everyone racing this year!

Want me to call the boss and get you a last moment entry!
Mine arrived too. Just like me, it's heavy but I'll compare it properly once I've taken all the shit away I won't use.
