  • Is he hosting a dance class there? They're all doing the same moves but has has a bit more, I dunno, Joie de Vivre.

  • It's all in the shoulders and hips, and if you've had a few pills, also the jaw.

  • Quite happy to dress in skin-tight lycra and dance on my own up a hill 3-deep in baying crowds though.

    Fixed.

  • Jees! It's that easy? Man, what was I sooo het up about? Cheers matey.

  • I have barely ridden a bike all year

Also currently undertaking a home extension, I need to order tile adhesive and grouts. I don't recognise any of the brands except Mapei. I have never consciously bought anything because of pro team sponsorship until now.

I think it's too late for alpecin to save my hair!

  • 2 million Germans would disagree

  • Germans are that bothered about my hair? This is why we need to stay in Europe!

  • 55 bags of Mapei adhesive

  • Haha the exact same thing happened to me the other day. Who'da thought such iconic design work came from a grout company.

Now off to get some Quickstep flooring.

  • If you don't wear a matching cap while working with those, you're wasting everybody's time.

  • I vote FKW:

  • Awkward pad placement is awkward ^

  • Bought another frameset. This will be the 3rd attempt at building up a bike then seeing something more suitable and pursuing that. I have a problem.

  • I was equal parts confused and impressed when a colleague went "no hands" while stood peeing/texting at the urinal next to me to

  • last night i locked my bike up with a keyring carabiner as i wanted to buy wine

  • How to not lock your bike thread>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • I bought two bikes this week. Much remorse.

  • I sold two.

    Bought four.

  • Economics in effect right there. Suddenly I don't feel so bad.

  • I don't like using bicycle work stands. I just lean it against a wall or flip it over and work on it like that. I've never had a problem with this.

  • Work on it upsidedown?

  • I find going through a really well layed out classifieds with really clean, crisp images incredibly satisfying.
It makes me want to do a classifieds myself except I have nothing really to sell.

  • I just spent £5 on one brake cable at Cycle Republic.

  • And... Decent ones can cost more.

  • I've just eaten two Tesco "Zoom" iced lollies one after another. I think this was at least their third summer in the bottom of the freezer.
