Think it was carefully orchestrated? Like, “okay G today you can crash and it won’t affect your time too much, but after that you and Bernie have to actually race”...

He only lost time to Pinot and, less importantly, Alaphillipe though. He’ll put more than 20 seconds into Pinot in the time trial.
