Something like an angle grinder with diamond cutting disc will work better. Masking tape on the tiles, then mark and cut. Will be dusty.

Depends on radius of disc and what's behind the tiles or rather how fond you are of that stuff ;)

Use an oscillating saw to get at the corners, like @aggi says?
