I've just booked my return trip from Brest on Monday 12th.
Am getting the ferry from Roscoff to Plymouth. There's only one that day, at 3pm, so I will have all day to cycle 60km from Brest to Roscoff (or can save 35km with a train to Morlaix). It gets in to Plymouth just after 9pm, then I'm booked on the sleeper at midnight, rocking up in Paddington about 5am on the Tuesday.
I did look into all the options of other ferries etc but I am pretty sure that there isn't a way to get back on the Monday night, unless I do Ryanair or TGV/Eurostar. But this will be way more relaxing with no stressful connections or boxing of bike required.
