• Still got fuzzy eyeballs from yesterday's session. As you can see I'm taking preparations very seriously. :)

  • Change the perspective. Imagine how shit you feel after a big session then just view it as training for feeling shit and still getting on with stuff.

  • You know I do this quite regularly, right? If it was really a problem (I mean, apart from slowly killing me) i'd long ago have quit. Almost bought a 4-pack for lunch so I'm not that bad.
