pretty sure the dolomite can take 32s - mine is currently on 25s and feels fairly sprightly, but i don't have any other lighter/more focused road bikes to compare it to...only heavier ones!
similar to @umop3pisdn i've not ridden mine a huge amount. most of my riding is commuting which i tend to do on other bikes.
