Ah gotcha. So the survey is the client defining how they want the product, then you provide said product based on their answers.
I’m still not quite seeing how the link between woocommerce/Zapier/SurveyMonkey works at present. In my mind I think the only bit your missing is the email platform to send the survey out, or will Zapier do that? If so, how does it know which email address to send it to? I’ve only used Zapier to automate Trello boards and wasn’t a massive fan. Seemed a bit fiddly and never quite did what I wanted. Was a few years ago so may have improved since.
You’ll also potentially find it easier having a mass-mailing tool/platform for your replies, as they will make it easier to set up different templates and send of professional looking results. They will also often have a range of free and paid for templates if you aren’t much of a html designer and/or don’t want to pay for one.
