Rossin/Eddy Merckx or similar Columbus SLX

I’ve been hankering after a Rossin Strada Pro for a while and I know all the ones on eBay, the ones with the awesome chunky BB shell - I got one off here when I joined the forum and it was too big so I sold it and have really wanted one in my size ever since... if anyone has one in 56cm (55/57 is good) that they would sell me that would be awesome!
I’ve also never owned a Merckx and quite fancy building either up as a neo-retro with Bits I’ve got laying around for a Sunday best pootle bike
Let me know what you have, also got a titanium enigma I would swap for the right frame!

I have an Eddy Merckx Corsa-01. It's Dedaccai Zero-Uno tubing and is ovalised at the bottom bracket junction for added stiffness. Lovely bike but not getting used as much as it should.

Bad bit - it has a small ding on the top-tube. It happened the first week i got it about 8 -years ago and has not affected the bike at all and the bike shop has said it is nothing to worry about from a structural perspective.

Also have a silver campag groupset if required.

Limited edition 20th anniversary Eddy Merckx made of Corsa zerouno tubing.
Chromed sloping engraved crown one inch threaded fork. Chrome rear triangle. Chrome Merckx dropouts. Chrome braze -on front derailleur mount. Head tube cable guide braze-ons.
Internal rear brake cable routing.
Frame tubing is Merckx's custom spec'd lightweight Dedacci Zerouno. It is slightly oversized. The downtube and seat tube are ovalized at the bottom bracket for extra stiffness. Brake bridge and fork crown are engraved. Bottom of bottom bracket is engraved. Two sets of water bottle braze ons. Factory internal anti-corrosion frame treatment. Unlike the Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra frame, the Corsa-01 is not built with Columbus SLX tubing, but with much higher grade Eddy Merckx specific Dedacciai Sat 14.5 8mcdv6 tubing, ensuring a superb ride. Extremely light, and super strong, this tube set possess excellent fatigue characteristics.

Thank you for the offer but I’m going to pass - real shame about that ding! It may be possible to remove it?

It could be filled in and the paint re-touched i think but i have stopped noticing it now to be honest. Its a cracking bike and built up with TB14's and high flange hubs it looks smart. I just need to get a silver chain ring as the one on there is temporary whilst the bike shop get one in.
