its too big

Doesn’t look too bad, it’ll be quite old school geometry so not designed to run with a massively long seat post or stem, gimp mask is an unfortunate look. Maybe drop the stem and definitely rotate the bars down from chopper central angles to a more normal angle. Olmos are nice bikes

You got to see where you're going bro.
Also frame's too big imo, reach looks too long. -
• #11
lol, not a balaclava, just MS Paint.
-
• #12
whats that?
-
• #13
Yeah the handlebar angles are a bit high.
Wouldn't dropping the stem down just make me lean over much more? -
• #14
would a shorter (i dont mean higher/lower) stem make it much better?
-
• #16
The bars are way to rotated, which is a sure sign of compensating for a reach that's too long.
I would start by fitting some Nitto M104 AA handlebars, they are short reach and would offer a higher hood position than a traditional drop. -

Saddle looks like it's all the way back too?
-
• #18
Yeah, need to sort out the rotation of the handle bars tonight.

Oh yeah? Ill post a pic of the bike. Its just such a cool bike, just wondering if i can make it fit better without changing too much of the original stuff? I mean, maybe push seat forwards a bit and shorter stem?

(discovered the hard way) A nice bike that doesn't fit is not a nice bike anymore after a few miles!

Hi everyone.
I haven't ridden a road/racing bike before, only much more upright cruising/city bikes.
Does this bike and the position look correct or is it too small or too big?
Also, if i stand on the ground wit the bike between my legs, the horizontal tube is about an inch below my crotch.
