Just recently got these Pinhead Security Locking Skewers. They look good, are light and are less protrusive than standard quick release skewers.

I have seen some pros use them on their bikes for aero purposes. If they were to get a puncture it would mean a bike change. But they do not take long to thread on and off.

I am happy with them!

Where did you get them from?

I have an issue with some skewers fouling panniers on a front rack and these look like they'd fix that in a jiffy.

I got them from Ebay mate. I think they do them in Halfords as well though. But they do sell out often.
