Thinking about it I dont think we are.... as the whole of the back is glass which won't new getting big foundations. The deeper foundations will be 5m away.
@6pt always the best option.

if you are excavating below their foundation (ie down to a lower level than theirs) and you are within 3m of it, you will need to serve notice.
