This wheelset was originally purchased as my race wheelset only, but as I moved toward cyclocross racing they become my summer bike wheels (bike was hibernated oct> mar). Today I am finally saying enough is enough and changing them out for something a little more practical (i.e. serviceable roadside) as I anticipate doing more distance riding.
The front rim was replaced under warranty 1 year ago (so it has 6 month's use) and the rear was replaced when an idiot decided to faceplant into it at 60+kph at castle combe three years ago (so it has had 18m use). condition on both is great.
Included in the sale are the original double wheelbag, skewers and valve extenders. Plus 2x mounted Challenge Elite tubular tyres that I've had on since March this year, and a spare box-fresh. I'm also including some tubular glue (continental) and glue remover (tufo) so that when the need arises you have everything on hand to change a tyre.
