There is no magic tip. You just have to keep pulling it up, and remove as much of the root system as you can. Over and over and over. Eventually it might rescind.
It's one of the oldest plants on the planet apparently, you can see why it's lasted so long.

I feel your pain.
We have tonnes of bindweed. We used to be better at pulling it but just haven't had the time. It's such a destructive fucker too.

Repeat forever.
